This session will focus on the different components of creating an esports program that will last. We will discuss having conversations with administrators and school boards, developing student leadership, engaging with the community and more. This session will also discuss how to build a program that lasts including strategies for grant writing, incorporating STEM, and helping students develop SEL skills.
