How do you efficiently manage practice and put players in the driver seat of their success? As members of the executive committee of the IAHSEA, we are asked frequently how to manage practice. We will provide examples effective practice organization as well as how you can tailor practice to fit an individual or group. Our strategies will focus on the games specifically used in the IAHSEA, and on developing leadership and team skills. By the end of our session, you will have ideas and strategies that you will be able to implement into your program.
